Game: WARDOGS
Join Our WARDOGS Servers by ID, and Check Your Stats
Patch 0.11 gave community servers permanent IDs, so here are ours. Plus stats.commandsquad.net is live, and both WARDOGS servers now say US Central.
Looking for the current, evergreen version? See WARDOGS at Command Squad.
Three things changed this month that are worth putting in one place: our WARDOGS servers have permanent join IDs now, we have published where they actually sit, and there is a stats site.
Join by ID
WARDOGS patch 0.11 reworked the server browser. Community and Official servers are separate lists now, the filters and text search are more reliable, and — the part that matters here — every community server has a persistent, unique ID.
That last change is what makes publishing ours useful. Before 0.11, a community server’s ID was regenerated on restart and on map change, so any ID we printed would have been wrong within the hour. Now it is stable, so here they are:
| Server | Settings | Server ID |
|---|---|---|
[★CMD] Command Squad #1 |
Standard | 0dd8d12c-1289-472a-aaaa-b8aeac0a279a |
[★CMD] Command Squad #2 |
Hardcore | ebb3b791-f1d5-4afb-a5e4-7045d7d05185 |
To use one: press DEPLOY, open the Community browser, click Join by ID in the bottom-left corner, and paste. It ignores filters, regions and search text entirely, which is precisely why it works when the browser has decided to show you nothing.
Searching still works too — CMD brings up both of our servers together, since
they both lead with the [★CMD] tag. The
joining guide has both routes, and
the server browser checklist
covers the empty-list cases.
We still do not have a one-click join button for WARDOGS, and we still are not going to fake one. Join by ID is two clicks and a paste, and unlike a button we have not tested, it definitely works.
Where the servers actually are
We had been saying “North America”, which was true and not very useful. Both servers are hosted in US Central, which is the deliberate choice: it keeps the ping even for players on both coasts rather than excellent for one and poor for the other. If you are setting a region filter, North America is still the one to pick.
stats.commandsquad.net
Player stats are live. Search for yourself, look at seasons and leaderboards, recent matches, your favourite map, weapon breakdowns, rivalries, and Service and Seed Hours. Squad and Galactic Contention statistics are kept separate, because a Clone Wars mod and vanilla Squad are not the same game and averaging them together would flatter nobody.
Sign in with Discord if you want to set a profile: pick an avatar, choose whether your profile is public or private, and set which stats group you would rather see first. The link between your Discord and your Steam account is the one we already had — there is no second account to create and no new Steam-linking step.
There is a Player Stats link in our header and footer from today, and the stats site links back here.
As always
If something on those pages looks wrong — a match missing, hours that do not add up, an ID that does not connect — tell us in Discord. Early reports are how this gets fixed quickly.
