All support runs through the Command Squad Discord (external link) — its ticket channels route your issue to staff who can actually act on it, with a record attached. There's no email queue to vanish into and no web form pretending to be one.
Report a player
Rule violations on the servers — teamkilling, harassment, cheating, griefing. Open a ticket with names, server, time, and any evidence.
Appeal a ban or kick
Every moderation action can be appealed. Honest appeals are reviewed by staff with logs — including second-chance requests.
Technical help
Can't connect, can't find the server, crashing? Start with the connection guide, then bring what you tried to the support channels.
Membership questions
Eligibility, playtime requirements, the application process — the membership channels have current answers.
Support & donations
Questions about Patreon, one-time contributions, whitelist, or what funding covers.

Press, partnership, event collaborations, or anything unlisted — open a general ticket and it'll reach the right people.
Something happening in-match right now?
Call for an admin in all-chat first — admins play here and often respond in minutes. Then a Discord ticket if nobody's on.
